Things are HAPPENING. Quick manifestation continues this week, and where you resist, or where you put your focus will keep on having knock-on effects on how your week goes. Thankfully, support from home and from your closest loved ones is on stronger footing this week and challenges shift to the domain of work, and/or ideology, intellectual ideas and philosophy–and these can have some VERY real repercussions on our lives. It may be time to walk away from some not-so-honest associations and dealings; it is to understand that some loyalties or pursuits are unhealthy and should be retired, if only to better care for ourselves and our loved ones.

On the political front, more news and evidence may emerge of what under-table dealings and deceptions paved Trump’s way to power. Victories that won by trampling over truth and decency will ultimately turn up hollow, and this is interesting turning up in the week of Trump’s inauguration.
In the wake of people who voted to gut “Obamacare” and are realising they voted to cut the Affordable Care Act, not knowing they were one and the same thing; one can only hope these hard realisations can make people realise that when they “vote” or support intentions to hurt other people in order to win, that shit is going to boomerang back at some point. (Yes, I’m opinion-ing.)
On a more personal level, our previous actions of chasing short-term gains at the expense of other people or one’s long-term interests is going to bite us this week. Some of us also self-harm, consciously and unconsciously: Indulgence in addictions or addicting behavior, or hanging out with other people who support our unhealthy habits. These things may feel good short-term, but don’t help in the long run.
Walk away. This the week you can do that.
Self-love challenge
Be realistic and accepting of what you can bear alone, and what you can’t. Share the load. If worrying is a bad habit, get to grips and learn empowering ways to change your mental habits (for many of us, telling ourselves not to worry isn’t enough). The crux of this week is getting to grips with our unhealthy habits (worrying, doing things alone, or giving our time/energy/loyalty to things that don’t help us). It may well be like giving up an addiction. Know that you have SUPPORT dealing with these, and you’ll be in a better place by the end of the week, with luck (and love).
